GetLinked® Software Forum

If you receive the error "Microsoft Dynamics GP has stopped working" when you attempt to start GetLinked the first thing to check is that all of the GetLinked prerequisites are installed.
The GetLinked Software installer will attempt to install all prerequisites but may fail due to internet or permissions issues.

Double check that the following requirements are met:

• Windows 7 or greater operating system
• .Net Framework 4.52 - https://getlinked.co/files/NDP451-KB285 ... OS-ENU.exe
• WindowsInstaller 4.5 or greater
  • 32-bit Windows - https://www.getlinked.co/files/Windows6 ... v2-x86.msu
  • 64-bit Windows - https://www.getlinked.co/files/Windows6 ... v2-x64.msu
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (32-bit) - https://www.getlinked.co/files/vcredist ... st_x86.exe

If you continue to receive the error message after installing the files above check that your user has full read and write permissions on the GetLinked installation folder (C:\GETLinked\ by default).
